You have identified the Stockton Mortgage Company as Co-Payee on your <br /> claim. To approve this, we must receive a financial agreement between you <br /> and the Co-Payee stating your funding agreement. <br /> 2. A Priority Class B, Small Business, must submit copies of their income tax <br /> forms for the three years prior to filing the application. The file indicates that <br /> you were still in business in 1993 and should certainly have filed income taxes <br /> for 1993 and 1994. Please submit this information or a certified affidavit <br /> stating a reason why taxes were not filed. <br /> 3.
