The proposed work includes advancing soil boreholes in the area of the <br /> backfilled UST excavation, sampling of the native soils surrounding and beneath the UST <br /> excavation, laboratory analysis of the soil samples, and the preparation of a report documenting <br /> the sampling. <br /> A copy of the work plan shall be submitted by RFS to the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division for review.
