Second, the Plan does not
explicitly state how sampling events are going to occur and how many total
samples will be collected and analyzed. Third, it does not state whether the
samples are grab or composite samples. If the samples are composite, how will
the samples be composited?
Once these issues are addressed, we will consider giving the City the approval
to proceed with the sampling plan. If you have questions, please contact me
at (916) 361-5737.
ROBERT A. EVANS
Area Engineer
RAE
cc:
vmr.
