Paul Verma -2- 8 April 2014 <br /> City Of Tracy—Class Ii Land Treatment Unit <br /> The tasks proposed by the Discharger in the Work Plan to assess Site conditions are <br /> acceptable, with the following exceptions and/or modifications: <br /> 1. The Discharger shall obtain all applicable permits and clearances prior to beginning field <br /> activities, and must notify staff at least one week in advance of scheduled field work. <br /> 2: Each waste, soil, and groundwater sample must also be analyzed for Oil and Grease <br /> (N-Hexane Extractable) as required by the Site's WDRs. <br /> 3. If groundwater is not encountered at depth, but was Initially encountered in a shallow <br /> perched zone, which may exist do to the Site's proximity to large active aqueducts, <br /> samples are to be collected from this perched zone. <br /> 4. A report documenting the completion of all tasks as proposed in the Work Plan shall be <br /> submitted no later than 31 July 2014. This report shall include a discussion regarding <br /> the results of the investigation, conclusions, and recommendations regarding the Site. If <br /> the analytical data contained in the report shows no residual Site impact, the report may <br /> contain a request to rescind the Site's WDRs.
