The site is situated at an approximate elevation of 40 feet above <br /> Lmean sea level. A drainage ditch borders the southern edge of the property and trends east <br /> to west. The Lower Main Canal and the Old River are approximately one mile south and <br /> four miles north, respectively, of the subject property. <br /> The subject property and outlying areas of the City of Tracy, havUMMOMIQUijr <br /> According to Mr.Hagop Manuelian, a representative of Cintra Group L.P. <br /> L run beneath the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, located between the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks and Byron Road, approximately 100 feet south of the southern <br /> tol <br /> property boundary (Figure 2).
