Box 2009
Stockton CA 95201
R & B TRUCKING, 1785 NORTH CORRAL HOLLOW ROAD, TRACY - ADDENDUM TO SITE
ASSESSMENT WORK PLAN
We have reviewed the 27 November 1989 Addendum to the Preliminary Site
Assessment Work Plan prepared by Geological Technics for this site.
In response to comments made by the San Joaquin County Department of
Environmental Health Services, and the Regional Water Quality Control Board,
the consultant has proposed installation of two additional ground water
monitoring. These wells are proposed to provide the minimum number of
monitoring points necessary for determining the hydraulic gradient at this
site. The proposed wells will provide the necessary gradient information.
However, we note that all the wells will be located on the north side of the
former underground tank location. If the gradient is determined to be other
than north or northeasterly, additional investigation may be necessary to
provide adequate information on water quality downgradient from the former
tank location.
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5731.
THOMAS D. PELTIER
Engineering Geologist
TDP/tdp
