PHS/EHD <br /> recommends that the stockpile be sampled during the investigation to determine the proper <br /> method for disposal of the stockpile. <br /> Please submit a drilling permit application along with the $89 processing fee to PHS/EHD. A <br /> permit shall be issued prior to drilling. PHS/EHD shall be notified 48 hours prior to drilling on <br /> site to observe sampling and grouting procedures.
