Tetra Tech recommends closure. <br /> The_PHS/EHD letter of January 30, 1995 states that a WET test shall <br /> be ligrformed if the result of laboratory analysis fort►-lead is <br /> greyer than 10 times the STLC. Title 22, Division 4, Article 11, <br /> Section 66699 of the California Code of Regulations states that the <br /> STLC and the TTLC values are calculated on the concentrations of <br /> the elements not the compound. Organic lead is a compound. The <br /> laboratory analyses for organic lead used during this investigation <br /> are inconclusive for the presence or absence of elemental lead in <br /> the former UST location or the stockpile. <br /> The downgradient hydropunch HP2-W confirms the presence of toluene <br /> at a concentration of 4 .2 ppb which is 13 times the detection limit <br /> of .3 ppb in groundwater.
