Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility currently contains multiple canisters of RAID throughout the facility. Owner stated being serviced <br /> by a pest control company and that the cans observed were no longer in use. Remove and store all chemical related <br /> products away from any food related products on site. Correct immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br /> utensils,packing material and food-contact surfaces. (114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Facility bags their own ice on site. Provide a sign stating the following information: <br /> ICE BAGGED ON SITE <br /> "Name of establishment <br /> address of establishment" <br /> Provide within 3 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading,if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br /> food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities <br /> with 19 or more chains in the state shall disclose nutritional information.
