Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hand washing station in the restroom is lacking single use paper towels inside of the dispenser. <br /> Provide to ensure proper hand washing is being performed. Keep and maintain hot water <br /> for these two locations at 120F or above. Keep and maintain all <br /> carbon dioxide canisters secured to a stationary object, regardless if empty or not, at all times. Correct today. <br /> Ice scoop being stored inside of ice machine. Keep and maintain ice scoop inside of a cleanable container with the handle <br /> facing upwards at all times. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br /> food and food-contact surfaces.
