Stockton 99 Speedway <br /> Preliminary Endangerment Assessment Workplan April 12,2007 <br /> 6.0 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> 6.1 General <br /> Measures will be implemented at the Site to protect project personnel and the general public by reducing <br /> the risk to health and safety during the PEA implementation. A Site-specific HASP establishes <br /> procedures to reduce the risk at the Site. <br /> 6.2 Health and Safety Plan <br /> The Site-specific HASP for the Stockton 99 Speedway was prepared in accordance with federal (29 CFR <br /> 1910.120) and State (C.C.R. Title 8, Section 5192) requirements and is presented as Appendix C of this <br /> Workplan. During future phases of the project, the HASP may be updated, as needed.
