Time In: 11:39 am <br /> Time Out: 11:58 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: EL GRULLENSE Date: 01/14/2019 <br /> Address: 2251 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: GUERRERO,ALICIA Telephone: (209)462-3425 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00048284 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES FACILITY HAS A STRONG SMELL OF SEWAGE AND URINE. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES <br /> SMELL IS COMING FROM THE MENS RESTROOM BUT CAN SMELL THE ODOR ALL THE WAY OUT INTO THE <br /> DINING AREA. COMPLAINANT DID NOT EVEN WANT TO EAT THEIR FOOD BECAUSE OF THE SMELL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Observed restroom and viewed no evidence of sewage or urine in the restroom. Flushed toilet and let water run but still <br /> observed no sewage and did not smell anything. Restroom is clean and has a smell neutralizer behind the toilet itself.
