involvement, and if Grantor so elects, Shell shall pay Grantor <br /> the reasonable cost thereof within fifteen (15) days of written <br /> demand by Grantor. Any such demand shall be accompanied by a <br /> receipt, bill or invoice reflecting the costs for which payment <br /> is sought . <br /> By accepting this license, Shell in no way admits or <br /> acknowledges liability for the presence of petroleum liquids, <br /> solids, and/or vapors or assumes any responsibility for their <br /> removal . By granting this license, Grantor in no way admits or <br /> acknowledges liability for the presence of petroleum liquids, <br /> solids, and/or vapors, and nor does Grantor waive any legal <br /> rights or remedies it may have against anyone (including, without <br /> limitation, Shell) . <br /> Shell agrees that such entry upon the Property shall be <br /> limited to the extent necessary for the performance of the <br /> Activities undertaken by or on behalf of Shell for the purposes <br /> expressed herein and Shell agrees to give Grantor at least forty- <br /> eight (48) hours prior written notice before entering the <br /> Property. Upon completion of each of the Activities upon the <br /> Property, Shell will cause any tools, equipment, or materials <br /> placed thereon to be removed. if any porion of the Property <br /> suffers damage by reason of any of the Activities of Shell or its <br /> Representatives, Shell shall promptly repair all such damage and <br /> restore the Property to as good a condition as existed <br /> immediately before the damage occurred. Shell agrees to <br /> coordinate the Activities so as not to unreasonably interfere <br /> with Grantor' s continuing use of the Property. <br /> Shell shall require all Representatives who perform <br /> Activities on behalf of Shell to keep and maintain at all times <br /> while on the Property liability insurance coverage in such <br /> amounts as is consistent with good commercial practice for <br /> activities such as the Activities and shall also require such <br /> Representatives to keep and maintain such other insurance as is <br /> required by law (including, without limitation, worker' s <br /> compensation_ insurance) . Shell shall provide Grantor with proof <br /> of such insurance promptly after written request from Grantor. <br /> During the term of this Agreement, Shell shall, upon <br /> written notice from Grantor, close, remove and/or relocate any <br /> wells as may be installed on the Property by or on behalf of <br /> Shell and such other equipment or materials of said parties as <br /> may be located on the Property when such closure, removal or <br /> relocation is necessary to accommodate other uses and activities <br /> desired by Grantor on the Property.
