1 1 <br /> CAMBRIA <br /> In response to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's (SJCEHD's) <br /> March 22, 2004 letter requesting a work plan, Cambria submitted a Response Letter/Sate <br /> Investigation Work Plan dated April 30, 2004 Cambria received SJCEHD's June 14, 2004 letter <br /> approving the work plan and requesting additional waste oil investigation <br /> ANTICIPATED THIRD QUARTER 2004 ACTIVITIES <br /> Blaine will coordinate quarterly sampling events with the Tosco station, gauge and sample the <br /> site wells according to the existing sampling schedule, and tabulate the data Cambria will <br /> prepare a groundwater monitoring report <br /> Cambria will submit a work plan proposing additional waste oil investigation as requested by <br /> SJCEHD <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> • Because monitoring wells S-1, S-2, and S-4 through S-6 have not contained detectable <br /> concentrations of 1,2-dichloroethane, Cambria recommends that this analysis be discontinued <br /> Cambria also requests that TPHd analyses be reduced to annual If SJCEHD concurs with these <br /> recommendations, Cambria will implement the changes beginning with the third quarter 2004 <br /> sampling event <br /> I <br /> I <br /> 0943 2 <br />
