Include in all quarterly reports <br /> conclusions and recommendations for future or proposed <br /> investigations. Reports in the past have not had these items. <br /> Quarterly reports are to submitted to PHS-EHD and the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board within thirty (30) <br /> days of the sampling event. Previous reports have been as much as <br /> ninety (90) days late. <br /> Sampling events are to be scheduled with the PHS/EHD health <br /> inspector in charge of the site at least forty-eight (48) working <br /> hours notice prior to sampling. Not all of the previous sampling <br /> events have been scheduled or witnessed by PHS-EHD. <br /> The fourth (4th) quarterly report for 1993 stated that MW-1 is <br /> "inaccessible, . .covered by landscaping" . Monitoring wells shall <br /> be in proper repair and serve their intented purpose or be <br /> properly destroyed under a permit issued by PHS-EHD. MW-1 shall <br /> be located, repaired as necessary, and brought back into active <br /> service. <br /> Other wells on site are in disrepair and require your immediate <br /> attention. Many unidentified traffic boxes exist on this site and <br /> contain casings that are unsealed and could act as vertical <br /> conduits for surface contaminates to reach the groundwater. <br /> Provide a description of all subsurface casings and an updated <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
