We <br /> have added a fourth groundwater monitoring well as pe jr your <br /> request during a telephone conversation with Greg Miflikan on <br /> February 1 , 1990. This fourth well is located adjacent to the <br /> waste oil tank located in the northwest quadrant of the station. <br /> Please see the attached map for the location of all wells . <br /> I hope this modification meets with your approval andthat all <br /> requirements for permitting of the work plan have now'lbeen <br /> completed.
