(GR) did not submit a schedule <br /> of planned activities with our recent work plan submittal as requested in your February 2, 2001 <br /> letter. Tosco and GR interpreted you request for a schedule of plans for the site to be part of <br /> "Option 2" outlined on page 2 of the referenced letter. Since our submittal was intended to <br /> comply with "Option I,"no schedule was forwarded. <br /> As we agreed on April 11, 2001, Tosco and GR will adhere to the "30-45 day timetable" outlined <br /> in paragraph four of page 2 of your February 2, 2001 letter for future phases of work and <br /> therefore will not be submitting a schedule at this time. The recently proposed CPTlgeoprobe <br /> work is tentatively scheduled for April 24 and 25, 2001. The results of this work will be <br /> submitted in a timeframe consistent with paragraph three of page 2 of your March 29, 2001 letter. <br /> GR prepared permit applications, fees and supporting materials prior to receiving your <br /> concurrence with our work plan and appropriately submitted them immediately after receiving <br /> your concurrence.
