Could you please update me with the check# or electronic payment confirmation # that shows the'missing $854...? See if I have this correct.. 1- CPT-4 and CPT-5 on CITY row....($488) 2- CPT -6 on COUNTY row...($488) 3- CPT-7 and CPT-8. ONSITE....($488) $1464. check#097087 < 610.> _ $ 854. 4- and CPT-9 still "not being performed"? if so, the permit fee =$0. Our fees change Aug 1. Our policy is IF a complete permit packet (all documents, access agreements, fees, encroachment permits, etc) are here, your'pre' change in fee submittal will be good after the change date. BUT, if I can't issue because something is missing, and the permit can not be ISSUED before the change'in fee date, then you are subject to the fee change. I can't find/account for the COUNTY encroachment permit.....and since you only sent in ONE check, I can't 'cash' the check and leave extra floating around out there UNaccounted for by my accounting folks....One permit is $488, you only have $610 here. leaves $122 floating...not enough to issue another permit.. I I was willing to try to get you some leeway with not charging you 3 full permit charges on soil borings/CPTs all done at one time, but you don't even have enough for that...I could have j possibly got you ONE full permit fee ($488) and then say two or three more hours ($288 or $366 extra) for the other two permits.. but you haven't given me enough to work with.. this is all moot if there's some $854 floating around somewhere you didn't tell me about???? i get back to me with answers please.. mike.
