J <br /> ENCROACHMENT AND PERMITS (Western Geo-Engineers) <br /> 'Well desti-Uction permits will be obtained from SJCPHS, EHD, has approved the work plan for <br /> destroying the wells. Also encroachment agreements and/or permits will be obtained from the 1 <br /> property owners that the wells are situated on. <br /> NOTIFICATIONS . <br /> Western Geo-Engineers will notify the local properties and Underground Service Alert, along with <br /> marking of the wells to be destroyed. <br /> TRAFFIC SAFETY(Drilling and/or Paving Contractor) <br /> Traffic cones/delineators, signage and barricades with flashing lights will be provided by the <br /> contractor. Set-up by the contractor and removed by the contractor, see Figure 2. Barricades with <br /> flashing lights will be necessary for surface.seal that need overnight conditions to completely cure. <br /> EXCAVATED WELL MATERIALS AND FLUIDS <br /> All materials excavated during well destruction will be placed on plastic liner and covered for later <br /> disposal inside the fenced back lot of the property. A four point composite sample analyzed for <br /> TE will a obtained to document the soil condition prior to removal for disposal at a <br /> TPHg, and B X b obt o p p <br /> Class II landfill. <br /> All fluids generated by the well destruction procedures will be placed into 55-gallon drums. The <br /> drums will be place in the fenced back lot of the property for temporary storage to allow the solids <br /> to settle to the bottom of the drums. In two to three days the drums will be inspected and all clear <br /> fluids will be transferred to InStrat for disposal. All solids will be placed with the excavated <br /> materials generated during well destruction. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The information presented in this report is based on the following: <br /> 1. The observations and data collected by field personnel. <br /> 2. The result of laboratory analyzes performed by a state certified analytical laboratory. <br /> 3. Our understanding of the regulations of San Joaquin County, the City of Stockton and the <br /> State of California. <br /> 4. References reviewed for this report. <br /> Changes in groundwater conditions can occur due to variations in rainfall,�temperature, local and <br /> regional water use and local construction practices. In addition, variations in the soil and <br /> groundwater conditions could exist beyond the points explored in this investigation. <br /> 3 Sanchez Well Destruction"B <br />
