WESTERN 1386 EAs r BEAMER STREET GEO-ENGINEERS WOODLAND,CA 95776-6003 CALIF CONTRACTOR#513857 (530) 668-5300 REGISTERED GEOLOGISTS FAX(530)662-0273 wege(a)Lal net Mr Richard Sti filer April 1, 2003 Environmental Control Section, Department of Municipal Utilities City of Stockton 2500 Navy Drive Stockton, CA 95206-1191 (209) 937-8740 Fax (209)937-8708 RE Monthly sewer discharge report#9 for 1876 Country Club Blvd , Stockton, CA Dear Mr Stiffler The following is the required monthly report documenting sewer dis,-harge activities from 1876 County Club Blvd , Stockton, California Treated groundwater discharge to sewer commenced on February 4,2002 March 21, 2003 was the last discharge of treated groundwater from the dewatering activities at the site A total of 116,534 7 gallons of treated groundwater have been discharged to the sanitary sewer clean out at the site, see Table 1 All water generated during quarterly groundwater sampling rounds (August 12, ® 2002, November 21, 2002 and January 31, 2003), the well installations and developments (January 7 and 10, 2003), the aquifer test (January 20 - 24, 2003), and the over- excavation dewatering (February - March, 2003) was first contained in the 21,665 gallon capacity Baker Tank prior to treatment through 4 in series water carbon units The Baker Tank was emptied, cleaned and removed from the site on March 13, 2003 No discharge to sewer occurred between March 7 and 21, 2003 The four carbon units with the LEL and high water level controls were installed on January 31, 2003 Totalizing water meter certification was enclosed with Report #7 LEL alarm/recordable calibration and certification was enclosed with Report#8 As of March 21, 2003 all discharge associated with the pump test and excavation dewatering has been completed The need to modify the permit to allow discharge to sewer from water purged during quarterly monitoring events is now necessary All discharge conditions have been met, see Table 1 I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete I am aware that there are significant my nt penalties for submitting false formation including the knowing vio ons g possibility of fine and imprisonment for Ja Napper, Presi date
