0 DISPOSITION OF WASTEWATER <br /> Groundwater purged during the May 22, August 12, and November 21, 2002 sampling of <br /> the monitor wells was temporarily contained on-sate in labeled 55 gallon DOT approved <br /> drums This water was later transferred to the 21,000 close top Baker Tank that was <br /> delivered to the site on January 17, 2003 for the pump test The empty drums were <br /> removed from the site by Western Geo-Engineers that same day On February 5, 2003 <br /> WEGE started discharging water stored in Baker tank, to the sanitary sewer after <br /> treatment through 4 in series water carbon units All purged well water, pump test water <br /> and dewatering water was processed through 4 in series water carbon units, prior to <br /> discharge to sewer The Baker Tank was removed from the site on March 12, 2003 and <br /> as of March 21, 2003 116534 7 gallons of water was treated and discharged to the sewer, <br /> see Appendix C - Apnl 1, 2003 Monthly sewer discharge report#9 <br /> RESULTS OFUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> GROUNDWATER GRADIENT AND FLOW DIRECTION <br /> A-ZONE- 1875 AND 1856 COUNTRY CLUB BOULEm?D <br /> Figure 8A uses the new survey elevations supplied by Kjeldsen, Sinnock& Keudeck Inc <br /> survey dated May 1, 2001 and the well locations and survey elevations associatedwith <br /> Country Club Food and Fuel, supplied by AGE Figure 8A shows the groundwater <br /> elevation gradient and flow direction determined from depth to water measurements at <br /> the five on-site monitor wells, the newly installed temporary piesometers PZIA and <br /> PZ2A, on January 31, 2003, five days after termination of the pump test The <br /> groundwater elevation had increased approximately two feet since the November 2002 <br /> monitoring/sampling but has a residual depression at the temporary piezometers resulting <br /> from the pump test The current groundwater gradient shows a depression at PZ2A with <br /> a trough flowing to the north northwest at a gradient of 0 0006 ft/linear ft (MW2 to <br /> MW6A) <br /> B ZONE <br /> Monitor wells MW2, MW3, MW4, MW5 penetrate both the A and B zones Figure 8B <br /> shows the gradient determination for the B Zone utilizing only the cluster wells RIB, <br /> MW6B and MW7B and the temporary piezometers PZIB and PZ2B A similar residual <br /> pumping depression is found to the B zone, as shown in the A zone with a low at PZ2B <br /> 7 Update Status March 2003 <br />
