,�� - 334 <br /> Resolutir _ <br /> STC T N CITY COUNCIL <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF STOCKTON 2004-2005 FEE SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was conducted on May 25, 2004, for <br /> the purpose of hearing public comment/testimony regarding adjustments to service fees <br /> and selected Public Facility Fees; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the City fee schedule, which has fee adjustments for the departments <br /> listed, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A," and incorporated by <br /> reference, be the charges of the City of Stockton for the identified municipal <br /> services and Public Facility Fees, and is hereby adopted. <br /> 2. That the effective date of said fees shall be July 1, 2004, except that certain <br /> development-related fees shall be effective July 26, 2004, and Parks and <br /> Recreation fees shall be effective on varying dates as identified in the City <br /> Fee Schedule, Exhibit "A." <br /> 3. That an annual cast-of-living adjustment be applied to all fees in the Fee <br /> Schedule where applicable, practical, and in accordance with law, effective <br /> the usual date of update for the fees involved. <br /> 4. That the Traffic Signal, Street Tree, Street Sign Name, and Street Light Public <br /> Facility Fees shall be adjusted annually by the inflation rate based on the prior <br /> calendar year as determined by the construction cost index of the <br /> Engineering News Record publication. The rate of inflation (or deflation) is <br /> applied to the fees to determine the fees for the subsequent year. Said fee <br /> adjustments, if any, will be made automatically effective July 1 of each year. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED Z <br /> ATTEST: GARY A.
