Should you wish to obtain a low interest loan for <br /> the upgrade of your tank system, please contact the State of California Trade <br /> and Commerce Agency, UST Loan Program, regarding their loan requirements, at <br /> (916) 445-6733. <br /> Based upon the priority ranking, your site has been entered into the Local <br /> Oversight Prgram (LOP) for investigation and cleanup of releases from leaking <br /> UST's and official forms and notifications will be forwarded to you soon. <br /> In order to receive the SWRCB Clean up Fund Letter of Commitment, you must <br /> make application to the State of California Water Resources Control Board's <br /> (SWRCB) "Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund" (Fund) and you must <br /> be in compliance with directives issued by PHS-ZED. An application package <br /> for the Fund has been provided. <br /> You are hereby directed to begin your investigation by submitting a workplan <br /> by July 1, 1994 that will define the lateral and vertical extents of the soil <br /> and groundwater contaminations already documented at your site. - <br /> All subsurface investigations and remedial actions must be performed under a <br /> workplan approved by PHS-EHD.
