Recent ground water data collected
supports that the work proposed in this work plan is no longer
appropriate. Ground water is currently flowing in a east-
northeasterly direction. The work proposed was based on ground
water flowing in a southerly direction. With this letter, we are
requesting an extension for submittal of a revised work plan until
November 5, 1992 . Chevron and BB&C agree implementation of this
work will take place upon receipt of your agencies approval.
Chevron is in agreement that the previously submitted work
plan is inappropriate and that an extension is warranted.
Sincerely,
MACEY & MACEY
Richard E. Macey
REM: jg Attorney at Law
cc: Mike Infurna, S.J. County Public Health Services
Ms. L.B. Williams, Esq.
