To date the investigation has no been completed, no interim remediation <br /> has been initiated, an no cleanup has been proposed. <br /> 9. In a letter to Chevron, dated 7 June 1990, County staff requested a <br /> schedule for completing the approved work. A letter to Chevron, dated <br /> 10 August 1990, from the County stated that permits had not been <br /> submitted and no work had been done at the site; therefore, they would <br /> request formal enforcement from the Regional Board. County staff has <br /> requested formal Regional Board enforcement for this site. <br />
