Chevron 9-4054 page 2
2103 Country Club Blvd., Stockton.
The workplan states that former well surveys conducted "did not identify groundwater
receptors within a radius of 1000 feet". It should be noted that well surveys should be
conducted for a radius of 2000'. In addition, a site map should be provided that shows
every underground utility line and private trench and/or area that will support or
influence vertical and/or horizontal migration of contaminants at this UGT site. Please
provide a survey of wells within 2000' of the site and a site map that shows all possible
conduits (i.e., septic fields, sewer, storm drains, telephone, gas, water, etc.).
.A PHS-EHD is currently holding two boring permit applications and two checks for this
investigation. Be advised that in order to verify the vertical limits of the soil and
groundwater contamination and before any remediation method is approved by PHS-
EHD, this deeper investigation must be completed.
Please contact Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454 if you have any questions.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Michael Infurna Jr., Senior REHS MargareYLagorio, RE
LOP/Site Mitigation Unit IV Supervisor
MI/
c: CVRWQCB - E.
