As ((// <br /> part of this investigation, we are monitoring groundwater conditions at twelve wells on and in the vicinity <br /> of the subject property. Two of the twelve wells(MW-6 and MW-7)are located along the east side of <br /> Franklin Avenue adjacent to 2081 Country Club Boulevard(Kwikee Foods Store). Unfortunately,the data <br /> obtained from wells MW-6 and MW-7 do not adequately define the extent of groundwater contamination <br /> east of our former service station site. <br /> Chevron is familiar with past investigations performed at 2081 Country Club Boulevard. It is our <br /> understanding that you are the current owner of three groundwater monitoring wells(KF-I through KF-3) <br /> present on that property. It is further our understanding that no recent sampling has occurred at these <br /> wells and that none is scheduled for We near future.Based on this understanding and on our need for <br /> additional groundwater data east of our former site, Chevron requests your permission to access the three <br /> wells at 2081 Country Club Boulevard for the purpose of groundwater sampling. Tentatively, our <br /> consultant, Blaine Tech Services, Inc.,would require access to your wells once during the month of May <br /> and again, during August, 1997. <br /> By signing and returning the attached form you grant Chevron and its consultant access to the property at <br /> 2081 Country Club Boulevard for the purpose of sampling three monitoring wells. In addition,by <br /> providing your telephone number,or that of the property tenant, notification can be given prior to arriving <br /> onsite.
