In response to requests made in your <br /> letter dated December 5, 1994, Terra Vac's addendum proposes additional site investigation <br /> activities and describes the results of their research regarding offsite receptors in the vicinity of the <br /> subject site. In addition,Terra Vac's addendum also proposes that a soil vapor extraction pilot test <br /> be conducted concurrent with onsite drilling activities. Details of the proposed pilot test were <br /> described previously in their remediation workplan dated October 20, 1994. <br /> Terra Vac is prepared to begin this phase of work as soon as approval is received from your <br /> agency.
