(AGE) has the following comments in response to the San Joaquin Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) directive letter dated 17 May 2000. <br /> 1. Enclosed with this letter are four PHS-EHD drilling permits for on-site drilling, off-site <br /> drilling (Tuxedo Auto Supply - 2123 Country Club Boulevard) and San Joaquin County <br /> encroachment drilling. <br /> 2. A bond in the amount of$4,000.00 is currently being processed and will be forwarded to the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Works Department(SJCPWD); once the bond has been received <br /> by the SJCPWD, encroachment permits will be issued to Boulevard Automotive Service for <br /> drilling of two ground water monitoring wells in county right-of-way. Copies of the <br /> encroachment permits will be forwarded to the PHS-EHD. <br /> 3. A ground water monitoring event was performed at the site on 11 February 2000; a ground <br /> water monitoring report for the February 2000 ground water monitoring event is <br /> forthcoming. Copies of the analytical data for the February 2000 monitoring event are <br /> included with this letter. <br /> 4. The placement and installation of additional ground water monitoring wells is tentatively <br /> scheduled for 26, 27 and 28 June 2000. <br /> 5. A second quarter ground water monitoring event is tentatively scheduled for 30 June 2000. <br /> 6. A report of findings for the second quarter ground water monitoring event will be submitted <br /> to the PHS-EHD no later than 17 July 2000. <br /> 7.
