Well MW-1 is dual-completed(screened 11 to 26 feet
and 30 to 35 feet below surface grade)and has detected significant petroleum-impact at both screen
intervals; it is anticipated that the proposed deep screened well need to be advanced to a depth of
approximately 50 feet below surface grade to delineate the vertical extent of dissolved petroleum-
impact.
2. One dual-completed, shallow and deep-screened ground water monitoring well will be installed
approximately 130-feet north-northeast of soil probe boring P-4 on Elmwood Avenue in the City of
Stockton right-of-way.
A revised site plan is enclosed with this cover letter for your revie oe 5AN JU tJ-il—t Y'U l b
further questions, please contact me at(209)467-1006. YI♦§ Nt 1'1d
304 E.Weber Ave.Third Floor
P.O.
