(AGE) has prepared this work plan for installation of ground water monitoring wells at 2151 <br /> Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, California. The enclosed monitoring well installation work plan <br /> was prepared as an addition to the ground water investigation required by letter dated 17 July 1997 <br /> by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD). S <br /> This work plan presents a scope of work for the installation of five ground water monitoring wells <br /> with the objective of assessing and monitoring the impact of dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons in <br /> ground water. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee and any additional documentation required for permitting purposes.
