Boulevard Auto page 2
2151 Country Club Blvd., Stockton October 1, 2008
Based on the data collected during this grab ground water sampling phase, it can be determined
if and where additional monitoring wells will be installed.
Please submit a work plan for additional assessment work by November 3, 2008. This work
plan is to be submitted to Geotracker with enough time for the EHD to review on this date.
After the samples for the additional assessment have been collected and analyzed, a report is
to be submitted to Geotracker that includes proposed locations of monitoring wells to be
installed. This report is due on Geotracker within 90 days from the end of the CPT field work.
The EHD will comment on the recommendations and you will be notified. You may then
proceed to obtain the County Public Works encroachment permit for the placement of the
monitoring wells.
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Michael Infurna, at (209) 468-3454.
Michael J.
