Recommendation: The Fund review found that the release at this site was <br /> identified in 1987, monitoring began in 1991, thirty-two monitoring points exist on <br /> this site, and the consultant recommends more vertical investigation be <br /> conducted. Over the past decade no remediation has been conducted and the <br /> plume has migrated. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP <br /> direct the Responsible Party to assess remedial options and implement active <br /> remediation without delay.
