Mike Infurna [EH]
From: Timothy Cuellar[tcuellar@advgeoenv.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 24, 2005 3:33 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: Boulevard Automotive Service Work Plan Addendum
Blvd.Auto WPA
0505-pg.pdf
Mike - I am emailing you the work plan (PDF file) for further delineation
at Boulevard Automotive; we had anticipated installing wells on Elmwood
Avenue, however the bonding company pulled the rug from under my feet on
the 16th May and we were unable to find anyone willing to post a bond for
J. Parker due to his credit. Additionally, San Joaquin County Public Works
insists on a bond, and will not accept cash/cd or other form of deposits
(not that Parker is in any position to write a $6,000 check) for
encroachment. So, as you can see, my hands are tied, and I'm falling back
to what we think is the best available option (CPT borings) . A hard copy of
this work plan has been mailed to you, but please let me know in the future
if you would still prefer hard copies, or for AGE to email you reports as a
PDF file. Thanks for your patience regarding this work plan. - Tim
Timothy Joseph Cuellar
Project Geologist
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
(209) 967-1006
tcuellar@advgeoenv.com
This email/fax message is for the sole use of the intended recipient (s) and
may contain confidential and privileged information.
