(AGE) recently submitted Site Conceptual Model (dated 08 <br /> December 2003) that (1) identified source(s) of contamination; 2) determined the nature and the <br /> extent of contamination; 3) identified fate and transport characteristics of the site; 4) specified <br /> potential exposure pathways; and 5) identified potential receptors that may be impacted by the <br /> contamination.However,it has come to AGE's attention that the mass-volume calculations detailed <br /> in the report's Appendix D were not stated correctly on page 9 of 16. AGE has corrected this error, <br /> and revised page 9 of 16 to reflect the corrections. Enclosed,please find the revised `Appendix D' <br /> calculations and revised page 9 of 16.
