Buckeye Partners L P Tank Inspection Interval Guidelines—Steel Tank Institute(STI)Tanks <br /> As per SPD01,5"Ed.,which was issued September 2011 <br /> • Applies to non-Dregulated tanks with a rated capacity of less than 50.000 gallons[1,190 barrels]and/or having <br /> an STI or UL nameplate. <br /> c Does not apply to tanks having an API 650(or precursor API 12C) nameplate or any tanks largerthan 50,000 <br /> gallons. Such tanks will have inspection intervals in accordance with API 653 guidelines. <br /> • Applies only to certain Aboveground Storage Tanks(ASTs)operating at atmospheric pressure. <br /> o Does not apply to'pressure'vessels operating at greater than 1 psig(e.g.,pressurized propane or butane <br /> bullets).
