The reported concentrations suggest that the well's location marks the western edge of the HU1 plume in its location. • The migration of the dissolved plume in the HU2 monitoring zone appears to be demonstrated in the area of MW-10B based on the elevated benzene to TPH-g concentrations ratio (6,540 pg/I to 42,000 pg/I, respectively). Concentrations reported during the June 2012 were similar to concentrations reported during previous monitoring events, and the plume appears relatively stable. The HU2 plume appears generally defined by borings completed during the June 2011 assessment activities. 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS Based upon data collected during June 2012, AGE recommends the following: • Continuation of semi-annual, annual and biennial ground water monitoring at the Boulevard Automotive Service site, in accordance with EHD directive letter dated, 23 March 2009. The next ground water monitoring event is scheduled to occur in December 2012 (i.e. annual ground water monitoring event). • Performance of monthly free product monitoring in well MW-4. If free product is at measurable levels within the well a removal event will be performed and documented and wastewaters will be placed in proper containment at the site. • ased on findings and conclusions reported in In-Situ Chemical Oxidation Pilot Test Report, dated 13 July 2012, a corrective action plan and final remediation plan should be prepared for the site. 6.0. LIMITATIONS Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluations of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of available data points (e.g. ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary through time or with distance from these data points.
