The plan is a proposal to destroy petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon contaminants in soil and groundwater by an In-situ Chemical <br /> Oxidation (ISCO) remediation treatment. The ISCO remediation treatment <br /> is a series of injection events using a hydrogen peroxide solution that will <br /> target a large area of the defined plume in the subsurface. <br /> The EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is in compliance <br /> with California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and <br /> California Code of Regulation Corrective Action Requirements, and that the <br /> resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts <br /> which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The CAP is available for public review at the EHD office at 600 East Main <br /> Street, Stockton during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br /> or on GeoTracker https://geotracker.waterboards.ca.clov . <br /> A" 4170ry t'641,14 .1 <br /> Final approval for the plan is scheduled for Jt�ftty08; 2014. ovet <br /> Questions should be directed to Angelica Sandoval Marin, Senior REHS, at <br /> (209) 468-2807 or email at amarin(a)sicehd.com, or in writing at the <br /> EHD, 1868 E.
