Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed 1 live rodent on a trap underneath the dry storage racks of the dishwasher room. Also <br /> observed numerous rodent droppings throughout the facility, specifically underneath the storage racks, underneath tables, <br /> and inside the cabinets. <br /> Remove all vermin and implement pest control.
