FEMALE EMPLOYEE GRABBED TWO BOTTLES AND WENT TO CLEAN <br /> THE BATHROOM WITHOUT USING GLOVES.THEN THE EMPLOYEE COMES OUT AND TOUCHES PIZZA DOUGH <br /> WITHOUT USING GLOVES. PLEASE CONTACT COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Facility is aware of a portion of the complaint. <br /> A change of ownership took place a few months ago.The current permit holder is the current owner. The facility is planning to <br /> use"New ownership"and "Grand Opening" banners as a marketing tool to increase customers. <br /> Upon inspection today, employees were not observed cleaning the restroom and then returning to food prep without washing <br /> hands. Proper handwashing was taking place.The use of gloves is not a requirement, but proper handwashing is a <br /> requirement. <br /> No corrective action is required at this time.
