(209) 665-6688 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00040643 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT MEAT IS BEING CUT, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE BEING WASHED IN THE <br /> PARKING LOTAND WASTE WATER IS GOING INTO THE STORM DRAIN. THE FACILITY HAS COCKROACHES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> -Did not see any cockroaches on site <br /> -Observed a tabletop meat slicer. Owner states they are not using the meat slicer and it is for future use. <br /> -Owner states they do wash down the vans in the front parking lot area. Owner states all of their product is prepackaged and <br /> there are no open animal products in the vans. Inspected the are where they wash the vans and did not see any evidence of <br /> blood or meat cuttings. <br /> Only sell prepackaged items or provide the proper facility to cut meat. Maintain a clean facility and do not wash any animal <br /> products into the storm drain. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
