Closure Summary Report <br /> Yellow Cab Company <br /> 2210 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this Closure Summary Report (CSR) for <br /> 2210 Country Club Boulevard(the site), Stockton, California at the request of Mr. Tom Daniels of <br /> Yellow Cab Company. The location of the site and its surroundings are illustrated on Figure 1;major <br /> features on the site and soil probe boring locations are illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> The Closure Summary Report was prepared in accordance with the guidelines of both the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD)and the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for the closure of underground storage <br /> tank (UST) sites. <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> The site is located at 2210 Country Club Boulevard, on the south side of Country Club Boulevard, <br /> approximately 1,000 feet east of California State Highway 5 in a topographically flat area of <br /> Stockton,California(Figure 1). The site is further described as being located in the southwest quarter <br /> of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian (Stockton West <br /> Quadrangle, 7.5-Minute USGS Topographic Series, 1968, photo revised 1987). <br /> 2.1. SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> — AGE has been informed that the site area was formerly utilized as a storage and maintenance yard <br /> for a taxi-cab company(Yellow Cab Company). <br /> 2.2. UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL <br /> AGE has been informed that one 2,000-gallon UST was removed from the site on 01 July 1992. <br /> Laboratory analysis of soil samples collected from beneath both ends of the tank detected total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and volatile aromatics(benzene,toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes: <br /> BTEX). Field notes of a representative of the PHS-EHD recorded petroleum odor and discoloration <br /> in soil at both ends of the tank at approximately 13 feet below site grade (bsg). <br /> 2.3. PRELIMINARY SITE INVESTIGATION <br /> On 06 March 1998, three soil borings (P-1, P-2 and P-3) were advanced at the site to maximum <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
