It is the desire and intention or Shell and Owner to make this mutual agreement with respect to such Activities NOW, THEREFORL, for and in consideration of the foregoing and the agreements hctcin stated, Shell and Owner hereby agree as follows I Owner grants to Shell a license to enter upon the Property for the purposes necessary for the performance of the Activities described herein, and the right to pci rvo r all eros necessary in connection therewith. Such license to enter shall continue in force until said Activities are completed to the satisfaction of Shell and/or ally applicable governmental agencies 2. Owner agrees not to prohibit. interfere with of obstruct such entry or Activities upon the Property,and not to cause or pcnmit same to be done by others 3. Owner covenants that the license to enter hereby grunted to Shell is binding upon both itself and anyone claiming ownership, title, leasehold or any other occupancy rights to file Property by, through or under Owner, including present/Srturc tenants or other occupants, and that Owner, will make any grant of such rights subject to Shell's license to enlcr 4 Shc1l agrees that such entry upon the Prvpc+ty shall be limited to the extent necessary for the performance of the Activities undertaken by Shell for the purposes expressed herein 5.
