PHSIEHD is providing you notice that the above referenced Shell gasoline station, reported on December 7, 1994, a catastrophic release of gasoline. Subsequently, Sheil initiated emergency clean-up measures and an initial investigation of the extent of soil and groundwater contamination which resulted from the release. Also, the groundwater flow direction, obtained from other nearby sites, is away from your property. Therefore, evidence suggests that any well which may be located on your property likely has not been impacted by the release.
