Access to this property is requested to conduct a limited subsurface soil <br /> and ground water investigation. <br /> Shell operates a service station located on the adjacent property (2575 Country Club <br /> Boulevard) and has been requested to perform additional soil and ground water <br /> characterization by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> The investigation is planned to include the installation of one ground water <br /> monitoring well on your property. The location of this well would be along the <br /> southern property boundary. This drilling should be completed in less than one <br /> working day. <br /> Enclosed are Shell's standard Right of Entry agreement and a map of the proposed <br /> drilling location.
