The copy of the analytical results has been included and the complete laboratory report <br /> will be forwarded once it is available. PHS/EHD has requested that Shell Oil repair or replace the <br /> chlorinating plug so that samples can additionally be collected directly from the well. Also, Enviros, <br /> Shell's environmental consultant has stated that the Department of Water Resources' records will be <br /> reviewed to obtain information pertaining to the construction of the well located on your property. If you <br /> have any information regarding construction details and/or date of installation, please contact me. As <br /> you know,PHS/EHD forwarded correspondence to the City of Stockton Redevelopment Agency <br /> regarding observations made of the condition of your well during the site inspection. <br /> PHS/EHD has directed Shell Oil to include your well in their quarterly sampling program, if your <br /> permission is granted. <br /> PHS/EHD will continue to keep you informed,as information becomes available.
