enviroso
October 9, 1997
Thomas and Colleen Boardman
2452 Country Club Boulevard
Stockton, California 95204
RE: Soil and Ground Water Investigation
Shell Service Station
2575 Country Club Boulevard
Stockton, California
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Boardman:
I just wanted to thank you for meeting me at your property on August 29, 1997 to
discuss the upcoming work we have proposed.
As discussed, we will be installing a ground water monitoring well on your
property as part of an ongoing ground water investigation associated with the Shell
service station located at 2575 Country Club Boulevard.
The work on your property will be done in two phases. The first phase will
involve the drilling of a soil boring on October 15, 1997 and should take less than
one day to complete. The second phase of drilling will involve the drilling and
installation of a ground water monitoring well and will likely take 2 days to
complete. The second phase of drilling will be performed between November 3
and 7, 1997. Prior to each phase of drilling, Enviros will call you to advise you of
the upcoming work schedule.
Both the boring and the well will be located at the beginning of your driveway,
either on the concrete slab or in the grass adjacent to the concrete slab. The
completed well will be located in a 12"diameter vault box set at grade.
We appreciate your cooperation in allowing us to move forward with our
investigation. If you have any questions, please call me at 707-935-4854.
Sincerely,
Enviros, Inc.
J W.
