A copy of the lab results has <br /> been included, although the results are difficult to read. PHS/EHD contacted Enviros. Shell Oil's <br /> consultant. to obtain verbal results for those that were illegible. It is possible however, if a well being used for irrigation is contaminated <br /> with regulated chemicals that may affect some other water source,that waste discharge requirements may <br /> be established by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> PHS/EHD has directed Shell Oil to include your well in their quarterly sampling program, if permission is <br /> granted to continue to access the well. PHS/EHD will continue to keep you informed about the site's status <br /> and activities related to the investigation and cleanup.
