(Enviros), on behalf of Shell Oil Products Company (Shell), requests <br /> permission to access your property at 2468 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton, <br /> California to collect water samples from the well located on your property. <br /> Shell operates a service station located at 2575 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton <br /> and has been requested to collect ground water samples from nearby domestic water <br /> wells by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS). <br /> It is our understanding that you have received SJCPHS's June 4, 1997 letter and <br /> have expressed an interest in having ground water samples collected from your <br /> water well. <br /> It is standard practice for Shell to secure a Right of Entry agreement prior to <br /> commencing work on private property. Enclosed is Shell's standard Right of Entry <br /> agreement for your review. If it is acceptable, please sign both copies and return <br /> them to our office. We will return one fully executed copy to you. <br /> Once the Right of Entry agreement is in place Enviros will contact you to schedule a <br /> sample collection time and date.
