enviroso
June 16, 1997
Kathleen Ann Franko
2454 Country Club Boulevard
Stockton, California 95204
RE: Soil and Ground Water Investigation
Shell Service Station
2575 Country Club Boulevard
Stockton, California
Dear Mrs. Franko:
Enviros, Inc. (Enviros), on behalf of Shell Oil Products Company(Shell), requests
permission to access your property at 2454 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton,
California to collect water samples from the well located on your property.
Shell operates a service station located at 2575 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton
and has been requested to collect ground water samples from nearby domestic water
wells by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS).
It is our understanding that you have received SJCPHS's June 4, 1997 letter and
have expressed an interest in having ground water samples collected from your
water well.
It is standard practice for Shell to secure a Right of Entry agreement prior to
commencing work on private property. Enclosed is Shell's standard Right of Entry
agreement for your review. If it is acceptable, please sign both copies and return
them to our office. We will return one fully executed copy to you.
Once the Right of Entry agreement is in place Enviros will contact you to schedule a
sample collection time and date. Mary Meays of SJCPHS will also be made aware
of the sampling time and date and will likely be present during sampling activities.
If you have any questions, please call me at(707) 935-4854.
Sincerely,
Enviros, Inc.
Joe
Project Geologist
Enviros, Inc. 270 PerkmS Streef Sonoma.
